I received a damaged pair of shoes I bought from Silk Fred. I ran into a problem with my app and couldn't manage to return them. I reached out to Silkfred, and they handled everything with the supplier directly. They kept me informed all the time and sorted out my issue in just a few days, even arranging a replacement pair right away. What a fantastic service! 👏 Natalie was super helpful too x

On Tuesday, I got the incorrect item. I messaged customer service via WhatsApp that evening, and they sent me a free returns label for the next day, which I used on Wednesday. Beautiful dresses for all tastes. I made a purchase and reached out to Silkfred about my order. They got back to me fast, super helpful, and handled everything right away. They even offered more help, but I didn’t need it. Thanks a bunch, Silkfred!
"Terrible Return Experience"
I've shopped with them three times now. I kept a few items, but I returned some from each order. (Usually, I grab a bunch of dresses and send back the ones that don't work for me). The first time, they claimed the return got lost and blamed it on anPost. I never got my money back. The second time, I sent it back using registered post. After a bunch of follow-ups, they finally refunded me. The third time, I did the same thing and have proof it was delivered, but they lost it on their end and refuse to give me my money back. In total, Silkfred owes me £280. I won't be shopping with them again.
"Terrible Experience"
I placed an order for a skirt on April 30th, with the product reference LM18103314. A few days later, I received a parcel, but it contained the wrong skirt. I reached out to Silkfred, and they told me they wouldn't send the correct skirt until they got the wrong one back. After I returned it, they assured me that the right skirt would arrive the next day. However, it showed up four days later, completely damaged during shipping and poorly packaged to boot. Now, it's been a day and a half since I reported the issue, and I'm still waiting for an update on when I might get a replacement. It's been 12 days since I first placed my order.
Every time I contact Silkfred, the staff are friendly, but nobody gives me any real updates. I find myself having to repeat my situation over and over. I've now asked for a refund.
I've shopped online for years, and honestly, this has been the worst experience I've ever faced.

"Adore the Dove dress in black leopard..."
I really adore the Dove dress in black leopard that I got, but I'm bummed about the belt. It has a little bit of elastic, but being a size 16, I find that even the first hole doesn’t make it to the buckle!!! Are all the belts just ‘one size fits all’?

"Item I Sent Back"
I ran into a problem with an item I sent back that went missing. It seems Royal Mail misplaced it. I thought I’d have to deal with RM myself, but Helen gathered all the details and issued my refund on the same day I reached out. Super friendly service, and it’s reassuring to know they’re ready to assist if things go sideways every now and then. (I’ve shopped here before, and this is the first hiccup I’ve had).
