"FANTASTIC customer service"
Had a damaged pair of shoes I purchased on Silk Fred
Had an issue with my app and unable to process a return.
Contact Silkfred who dealt with the supplier direct. Kept me up to date constantly and resolved my issue within days and organised a replacement pair immediately. Incredible service šŸ‘

"Fabulous!"
A lovely selection of gorgeous clothes. Ordering is easy (perhaps a bit too easy!) and delivery is fast. I've used the help desk twice and both times responses have been excellent. Very pleased to have discovered SilkFred.

"I received the wrong item on tues"
I received the wrong item on tues, whatsappā€™d customer services that night, was given free returns label to return next day which i did(wed). I received the correct item on thursday. Delighted with this service 10/10. I can bow wear this lovely dress on sat for my hen do. Thanks Natalie H.

Gorgeous dresses to suit everyone.
Placed an order. Contacted Silkfred regarding my order. Response was quick, supportive and dealt with promptly. Offer of further assistance was offered but not required. Thank you Silkfred.

"Awful return policy"
I have ordered off them 3 times. I've kept some of the clothes but some of each of the 3 orders, I have returned. (I normally order multiple dresses at once amd return the ones I don't like).
First time, they lost the return and said it was an anPost issue. I never received the refund.
Second time, I used registered post. After multiple follow ups, they did refund me.
Third time, I used registered post again and have proof it was delivered but they have lost it on their side and will not refund me.

In total silkfred have not refunded me Ā£280. I won't be using them again.

"Poor service"
Ordered a skirt on April 30th. Product reference LM18103314. A parcel arrived several days later with the wrong skirt. I contacted Silkfred and they refused to send me my ordered skirt until they had received the wrong skirt back. I sent the skirt back and was promised next day delivery of the skirt. The skirt turned up 4 days later. It had been completely ruined in transit and also was poorly packaged. It's now a day and a half since I reported the damaged item and still and no further in getting a date for delivery. It's 12 days after the original order.

Whenever I message Silkfred, although the staff seem very helpful no one ever informs me of what is happening and I have to keep messaging and repeating the story above. I have now requested a refund.

I have bought online for many years and this is the worst experience I have ever had.

Love the Dove dress on black leopard Iā€™ve received but disappointed with the belt.
Even though it has a slight elastic, I am a size 16 and even the first hole doesnā€™t reach the buckle!!! are all the belts ā€˜one size fits allā€™

"Returned item"
Had an issue where something I returned went astray. Turns out Royal Mail lost it. I was expecting to be told to take this up with RM but Helen took all the info and processed my refund the same day as my initial enquiry.
Very friendly service and good to know they are there to help if something does go wrong on occasion. (Repeat customer and this is the first time it has).
